ROLE:
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Sportradar ad:s, you will be tackling all aspects of the software stack. Become part of a cross-functional team and take on the responsibility of delivering functional excellence and value to the business.
We’re looking for someone who loves working in a collaborative environment and likes to work on all aspects of the software stack, from API design to front-end UI. You will work as part of a small cross-functional team who has control on how to solve problems whether that is through architecting solutions or technologies.
We use a mix of modern tools and languages and firmly believe in using the best tool for the job, e.g. Golang, Node.JS, Kubernetes, Vue, React, TypeScript, MongoDB and PostgresSQL.
We utilise both Google Cloud Platform and AWS for our infrastructure and as Engineers we are responsible to fulfill the devops function with help and support from our Platform team.
THE CHALLENGE:
  • Building tools that allow us to scale to 5x scale of customers this year
  • Helping our customers achieve ever-increasing campaign performance by optimizing the signals measured on their site
  • Increasing our creative offering to market-leading levels
  • Experimenting on new and emerging marketing platforms
YOUR PROFILE:
Requirements we’re looking for:
  • 4+ years of full-stack development experience working as part of an agile/lean development team
  • JavaScript knowledge, especially using React/Vue, TypeScript and Node.js
  • Experience developing and operating microservices; health checks, load balancing, service discovery, metrics, etc.
  • Familiarity with microservices, Kubernetes, and a DevOps culture
  • Experience utilizing databases, SQL or NoSQL
  • Deep understanding of approaches to testing
You may also bring - or like to gain - skills in any of the following:
  • Professional experience with Go (Golang)
  • Optimization and scaling of microservices
  • Machine Learning
  • Google Cloud Platform
  • Kubernetes

  • Able to supervise the work of other more junior staff
  • Able to manage their own priorities (can deliver when needed or provide context when a delivery cannot be met, due to competing work or insufficient resources (such as time))
  • Proactively works to improve process/practices and their own/team’s workflow and product and clarify understanding

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
